Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about embroidery digitizing, vector conversion, turnaround times, file formats, payments, delivery, and revisions.

What is the turnaround time of your custom embroidery digitizing and vector art services?

Most standard embroidery digitizing and vector art orders are completed within 2–6 hours. Economy orders are delivered within 24–28 hours. Complex designs may require additional time, and urgent or same-day service is available upon request. The exact turnaround time is confirmed after we review your artwork and requirements.

What are your working hours?

Orders can be submitted through our website at any time. Our production team operates Monday through Saturday, while WhatsApp and email support are available 24/7. Production and live-chat availability may be limited on Sundays and public holidays.

What software do you use for Vector Conversion or Tracing?

We manually recreate artwork for vector conversion and tracing using professional software such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW. The software used depends on the artwork and required output format. We provide clean, scalable files in formats such as AI, EPS, SVG, PDF and CDR.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes. We provide free, no-obligation quotes. Send us your artwork, required size, placement and preferred file format through our quote form, WhatsApp at +1 (213) 581-5518, or email us at digitizingofficial@gmail.com. We’ll review your design and confirm the price and turnaround time before starting.

How will my completed order be delivered?

Once your order is completed and payment is confirmed, we’ll send the requested machine file, PDF worksheet and JPG preview to the email address provided with your order. We can also notify you through WhatsApp. If you need any changes, unlimited revisions are included at no additional cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through PayPal and major credit or debit cards. You can complete your payment through our website checkout or the payment link provided by our team. Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll deliver your final embroidery or vector files by email.

Can you help if I’m unsure about my design requirements?

Yes. Send us your artwork and tell us where it will be embroidered, such as a cap, left chest, jacket, towel or patch. Our team can recommend a suitable size, stitch type and machine file format before digitizing begins.

Can I place an order on Saturdays?

Yes. You can submit an order through our website at any time, including Saturdays. Our production team operates Monday through Saturday. Orders submitted on Sundays or public holidays may take slightly longer.

What software do you use for embroidery digitizing?

Our embroidery digitizing is completed manually by experienced digitizers using Wilcom EmbroideryStudio. We do not rely on automatic digitizing. Each design is prepared according to its required size, fabric, placement and machine format for a clean sew-out.

How do I place an order?

Upload your artwork through our online order form and provide the required size, placement, machine file format and turnaround option. We’ll review your requirements and confirm the price and next steps. You can also place an order through WhatsApp at +1 (213) 581-5518 or email us at digitizingofficial@gmail.com.

How do I track the progress of my raster to vector conversion or embroidery digitizing order?

It is straightforward. After placing an order with us, you receive access to your personal dashboard where all updates regarding your order are highlighted. We additionally send regular updates to your email.

What file formats and artwork quality can I submit for embroidery digitizing?

You can submit artwork in JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG format. We also accept existing embroidery files such as DST, EMB, PES and JEF for review or revision. Clear, high-resolution artwork is preferred, but we can also review lower-quality images and advise you if the artwork needs to be redrawn.

Do you offer revisions if changes are needed?

Yes. Unlimited revisions are included at no additional charge for adjustments based on the original artwork and order requirements. A completely new design, different artwork or major change in size or placement may require a separate quote.

Who owns the rights to my design and digitized files?

You retain ownership of the original artwork you provide, and Digitizing.us.com does not claim ownership of it. Once your order is completed, the delivered digitized files are yours to use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any copyrighted or trademarked artwork you submit.
